Hasselback Potatoes


6 Potatoes
2 Cloves Garlic
2 tbs Oil
1/3 cup of Butter
Salt & Pepper
Chives or Parsley

Preheat your oven to 425. Put the potatoes on your cutting board & cut thin slices most of the way through them, stopping while they are still whole. Arrange them in your baking dish, adding garlic between the slices. Place butter on top of them & drizzle the oil on too. Now add your salt & pepper then bake for about 40 minutes. Add some chives or parsley for color & you're done!
