First step is to make or buy a pie crust. I'd buy one but if your skills allow you to more easily make one, go ahead. Next step is to follow the recipe below to make the filling:
1/4 cup of onion
1/4 cup of diced potato
1/4 cup fresh or frozen peas
4 oz of beef steak diced
Salt & Pepper
1 egg lightly beaten
Place the ingredients, except for the egg, into a bowl & mix them together. Once you have that done, divide the mixture between 2 pastries. Fold them together, crimp the crust & brush with the beaten egg. Next bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 2.
