Eva's Easy Fudge

1 can of frosting
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

Like fudge but don't have luck making it? Short on time? Well here's a fudge for cheaters, like ME!! I figured out this recipe because I'm a lazy cook & when I make cakes I HATE to frost them. I figured out one day that by heating the frosting in the microwave for a few seconds I could simply pour it on the cake, easy, right?

Well it works to make fudge too believe it or not. Simply buy a can of frosting, any kind, any brand & a bag of semi sweet chocolate chips. Get a mixing bowl (microwave safe of course) & add the frosting & the chocolate chips. SLOWLY heat them, checking very frequently because it will burn. You can do it on the stove but I use the microwave. Once it's all thoroughly blended, pour into an 8x8 pan or Tupperware & cool in the fridge til it sets. Voila! Easy Fudge & no one but you has to know you're not a master chef.

Oh & keep in mind, this recipe works with ANY frosting & ANY chips. Lemon, butterscotch, white chocolate...or add nuts, confetti...get creative & most of all enjoy!
