Yellow Box Cake Mix
2 oz. Blue Food Color
1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding
Make the cake mix according to the directions on the box, then add the pudding & food coloring...it can be hard to mix in the pudding...add a little extra water it won't hurt & be sure you are liberal with the amount of eggs you add. Bake it according to the directions for cupcakes (or cake if you want) & top them as you please, the ones pictured have real whipped cream on them but I like the new Cool Whip Frosting.
